I start my mornings much like everyone else.

I wake up.

I reach for my phone.

I check for orders but before going any further... COFFEE.

Either a dark and slightly depressing americano if I am going through it or a 600 calorie mug full of all the caffeine, all the syrups and all the sugar.

I then feel ready to open up my laptop and get tucked into work.

Then I see it...

1 new order. 100 emails. 26 contact us entries. 35 messages in my chatbox. 5 Instagram DMs.

All from that 1 client and 1 order.

"Hello?"

"HELLO!!!"

"I just ordered from you!?!?"

"IS THIS A SCAM"

"I WANT MY MONEY BACK"

"HELLOOO!?!?!?"

"ANSWER ME!!!!!"

or

"WHERE IS MY ORDER!?"

"I ORDERED YESTERDAY WHERE IS MY CUSTOM CONJURE"

"WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG?"

"I AM NOT HAPPY!!!"

"I want a refund now or I will CONTACT MY BANK FOR A CHARGEBACK!!!!"

I wish I was being facetious but unfortunately this is a weekly occurrence.

I will be the first to tell you that I am NOT the fastest conjurer, far from it. However that's what sets Saphira's Cauldron apart, every conjure, vet and write up is done with slow intention.

I am very precise, picky and selective ; your companion will be with you FOR LIFE. I take that level of commitment incredibly serious, it's not you, it's me.

I am unfortunately not nocturnal, though I am considering it ;)

So If we live in different time zones I will respond to your messages when I wake as soon as I can.
